This apartment, available to rent, has a surface area of 110 mē, in a village house on the first floor south facing.
For 4 to 8 people maximum and is situated on the same floor as the second apartment.
Comprising of a garden and a private car park.
Situated in the centre of the village just 5 minutes from the skilifts by car and 10 minutes by foot. Shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants are to be found in the village within
2 minutes walk. A shuttle bus runs all day from the village to the start of the skilifts.
Another shuttle bus runs along the valley giving access to the skilifts in the whole of Serre-Chevalier.

  • Lounge : Fireplace (wood can be supplied with a supplement), TV.
  • Closed and glazed terrace. Beautiful view of the valley.
  • 2 Bathrooms : One with bath and washbasin. The other with shower and washbasin leading from the 3rd bedroom.
  • 2 WCs : separate.
  • 3 Bedrooms : Pillow cases and blankets supplied. (sheets not supplied).

Both apartments are situated on the first floor of this “maison de village”.
We live only 2 mins away from the apartments.
